Michael Lohan Speaks On Dina & Lindsay's Violent Fight! And He Claims…
Wow, just to make matters even messier between the Lohan clan, Lindsay Lohan’s dad, Michael, is now speaking out about what went down this morning!
As we previously reported, Linds and her mom, Dina, got into a violent scuffle early in the AM, which led to the police being called… all because Momma Lohan didn’t want to pay cab fare!
Now, Michael — who we now know was the one who called the cops — has made a statement about the cray cray occurrence!
"I did call the police at Lindsay's request. Lindsay even asked that I record the conversation because she was being held against her will by the limo driver at Dina's instruction."
Wow… we don’t even know what to say! What could be going on here?!
Supposedly, Lindsay called Michael frantically after the fight, asking him to help her against her allegedly “wasted” mother!
Where’s Dr. Phil??? Maybe LiLo might want to backtrack on what she said about him and give the doc a call!
Though, perhaps Oprah's assistance would be of better use at this point!

Her parents and their personal divisions are basically contributing to the end of her career. She needs to grow up, and they need to butt out. They especially need to keep the crap out of the press instead of waving the dysfunction like some kind of lever over the other or badge of ugly honor.
A limo driver can be far cheaper than a cab. Took a limo from an airport for a flat fee, while a cab would have run over twice as much.
Federal law requires that at least one party taking part in the call must be notified of the recording (18 U.S.C. §2511(2)(d)). For example, it would be illegal to record the phone calls of people who come into one's place of business and ask to use the phone, unless they are notified. California is a two party consent state (i.e., both parties must consent to an electronic recording of a conversation. Perez may want to investigate whether criminal prosecutions will commence as a result of the recently recorded conversations of the Lohans.
