OMG, it's OBVIOUS that she had plastic surgery. The before and after photos are there:

i don't believe for certain that anything has been done to her face… as a woman i can say that A LOT can be done with a spray tan and make-up. her boobs on the other hand are another story.

Oh please, those boobs are beyond fake. I'm shocked that a plastic surgeon would risk his reputation by saying otherwise! But then again, he's prob the same plastic surgeon who performed a boob job on someone who was underaged.

Sure I wake up some days and look COMPLETELY different than the day before. It's all totally natural.

Re: LAgossipwhore – There's no problem with performing plastic surgery on someone "underage" as long as they have parental consent. It wouldn't damage his reputation. It might even be good for his reputation, knowing that a mom trusted him with her daughter's surgery. (Not that anyone knows whether or not Courtney has had surgery. You know, some people just naturally have big boobs. That's just how God made some of us.)

She is a pretty girl but I agree with Savvy I have no idea why anyone would talk about of give to shits about this chik. I don't know who she or her husband are & really don't care. She looks like any other 19 year old bleached blonde but pretty waitress in Florida. Nothing special. Oh wait she likes 60 year old dudes? Okay well that is kind of special. Is she revving up for Hefner who is like 90? Start out with the nubial 60 year old movie extras & move up to a 90 year old legend? Thats the plan. LMAO!

Re: ElleBelle79 – Re: ElleBelle79 – Yes, teens can have plastic surgery with parental consent (nose jobs are pretty common); however, only certain surgeons will perform breast augmentations and most believe it should only be considered in select cases when the well being of the teen is at stake. This is because they have not physically or mentally matured yet and perhaps do not have the ability to comprehend the ramifications of such a procedure (i.e. the many future surgeries involved, the associated costs, serious risks, etc.) So although her surgery (prior to the age of 16) could have been fully legal, it's not necessarily ethical.

Some people are naturally beautiful, that's all there is to it! She may or may not want cosmetic surgery in the future. I read an interesting article that stated that older women were not trying to look younger, when they got cosmetic surgery, but trying to look familiar to themselves! I found this concept interesting. I wish Courtney luck in her continuing career!

If she is not plastic then there is no god, because no god would make such a messed up face. Either that or the plastic surgeon that says she is 100% real just dosn't want to admit that he is the one who messed up her face. This chicks body would be rockin if she put on ten pounds the way it is she is a skinny crackhead but her face is ugly as sin and if it is real she needs to do something about it.
