On the last episode of Glee Mr. Schuester's love life hit a sour note — but in real life Matthew Morrison is singing a sweet harmony with a total hottie!

We spotted the Glee star walking with his model gal pal, Renee Puente, in NYC Wednesday.

The lovely couple kept warm on the SoHo streets with scarves and Starbucks coffee. Matt, who was sporting fingerless gloves, kept his lady love's fingers warm by holding her hand! So cuuute!

It's so nice to see Matt in love… even if it's not with Ms. Pillsbury!
