We kid, we kid — Liam Hemsworth is actually being a badass about sustaining an injury while filming The Hunger Games: Catching Fire.

You see, the poor thing twisted his knee. Yeah, big ouch! Still, that isn't stopping him from carrying on his filming duties, knowing that people are relying on him, and that's totally freakin' awesome in our book!

Here's what he shared following his injury:

"I twisted my knee. I try to just fight through it. There's so many people standing around waiting for you to do your thing. You feel sort of obligated not to let everyone down. There's a bunch of action in this one. All of the characters have much more action than they did in the first one."

More chances to get injured, in other words. We hope everyone is taking the proper precautions!

Stretch it out! Put ice on it! Walk it off! Tell Miley to stop partying and come take care of you! LOLz!

Feel better soon, Liam!

You do have until November of next year to re-film scenes if you need to, though! Take comfort in that!

Wear a lightweight material brace where possible, asap, to stabilize the thing until it can be properly looked after. Possibly completely ruining it further isn't worth a lifetime of limitation or pain.
