Taylor Swift HAS NOW Bought A House In Hyannis Port…Across The Street From Ethel Kennedy!

Hey! Just because she denied doing it back in August didn't mean it was never in the cards!

Remember all the speculation about Taylor Swift purchasing a home in Hyannis Port to be closer to her then-brand new boyfriend, Conor Kennedy?

Well, that didn't turn out to be true…but three months later, it is!

Local realtors have confirmed that the country cutie will be moving across the street from her bestie Ethel Kennedy…and is reportedly dishing out $4.5 million to do so!

However, as the 4,400 square foot home overlooks the ocean, has seven bedrooms, six baths, and an acre of land, it certainly sounds to us like she's getting her money's worth!

So get prepped, Cape Cod folks!

The deal will apparently close within the next three weeks…and then, T Swizzle will be coming for you!

That's great! I am celebrating with a slow cook Eye of Round Roast Beef for dinner…

I came in here looking for a recent Taylor story (hopefully one about her new album) just to say that I have not heard one track from Red, aside from We Are Never Getting Back Together, only because I had to, I don't plan on buying or listening to it, and as a matter of fact, I haven't ever heard one song from any of her albums that wasn't a single :) I'll remain consistent.

Her career, and what she does in it, was never important to me. It's not my type of music.

As for the story, do ya think she'll be a good girl now that they're living together? Is she settling down? Lets hope so….

I've read lyrics to the singles, but never listened to any of them.

I think she has a major problem with guys she gets to attach so fast and move fast I mean one date she is dating the next she wants to change last name lol

It was listed for like 14 mil and she got it for 4,5 mil? Not a bad deal. Girl has great business sense.

  5. 5

This is too much. Someone sounds a little obsessive when it comes to guys. After all the break-ups and the songs about them, maybe she should consider that she's the problem. Sounds a bit clingy, too.

    6

That's going to be awkward when they break up! Especially if she writes another 'you done me wrong" country song. Imagine that blaring out the window across the street from Ethel's house.

Dumb. If I were her, I'd wait for another million cash discount for security.

    Damn straight.

Re: mike – They won't break up. Taylor Swift was set free by a certain guy who didn't know any better. It changed both of them, but she is free and very different than she was even a year ago. Connor is a young guy, it seems like he likes her, and he is right up her alley. He's a Kennedy. He really does seem like a good kid, incapable of what other member of his family were, but he's a Kennedy. I remember when she was nothing but a young wookie and a dorky website.

She is in it with him till the end, unless he grows up and doesn't take well to certain aspects of her personality, and their relationship, but then who are we to judge what we don't really know? We see them in public and it is a big show, but behind closed doors they could be the best thing in the world for each other. I know that feeling all too well. Nobody but they know.

Most importantly though, and people say you should never pay attention to the people in your significant others life, friends, family, etc, but that’s actually horseshit… You should, and in this case, she has the blessing of his family, or the people that matter anyway.

    I say good for them.

And that's it. I'm really done with it :) Bye.

Re: ThatGuy – Are you her stalker or did she tell you that personally? Or maybe you have to much time on your hands and you think Taylor is your good friend?

  11. 11

Sounds a little stalkerina to me…

  12. 12

    Creepy!!

    13

mike- that is such a dumb argument. I have read it so many times. i don´t get it.

How is this gonna be a problem for her when they break up? Its not like she is selling her current house to buy this one. lol She moves away from there to 1 of her 4 houses she owns and puts the Cape Cod one up for sale. Probably makes a nice profit as well. So…

Re: mike – Too much time on my hands, and if only you knew my friend…. If only you knew. I never stalk anyone. I only look for answers to things that have or do effect my life.

    15

Re: mike – Never said she was my good friend. Can't tell if she liked me or hated me but with the show I put on a few years ago, you never can tell.

One thing I do know either way, it's oil and water. I'm not fool enough to believe anything good would come out of it. Like I said, just answers.

Re: mike – But don't worry Mike, I am going to be looking for another job for the evenings, on top of my day job, so I can have even less time on my hands and mind. Hahaha!

I can guarantee Conor will no longer come home in a hurry.
What the flip! If my 23 year old boyfriend moved next to my GRANDMA to link up with me at every opportunity, I dump his ass so fast.
Swift is definitely the Queen of Cling.

  18. 18

Oh Please! Hyannis is the low-bred Cape. That is why the Kennedys live there. Taylor is too young to figure out that the Cape hates the Kennedys. We hate them. The Kennedy's protest the Cape Cod Windfarm while they bring in oil from Chavez to Massachusetts. Pieces of Shit.

That is really creepy. She is stalking the boy. She is so ugly.

    20

CREEPY now thats going to make him wonder what type of stalker he is dating and run the other way as fast as he can. Kind of get the feeling she scares the guys off by being too intense too soon. Could make for an interesting new song again.

  21. ThatGuy says – reply to this

    21

Re: shanghai – Guys I think it's mutual. Connor and the Kennedy's, whether you like them or not, seem to really like her.

Can't say I like the way her brain ticks either, but she's in.

No turning back now. On the plus side of things now that she is hitched, if her career lasts longer than this album, we can likely be spared her bad relationship songs.

My god, people….. That roast beef I made…. I slow cooked it in a homemade bbq sauce with about 8 ingredients,
    1 1/2 cups ketchup
2 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
    3 1/4 cup wine vinegar
    4 2 tablespoons spicy mustard
    5 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
    6 1/2 teaspoon salt
7 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
    8 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
was hoping to have some leftovers for samiches this week….. my god, sliced it up, dipped it back in, it’s delicious (when I say “my god, you know it’s good). Lets hope it gets me some tail tonight, and there IS leftovers. Holy shit it's SOOOO good, and I even forgot the liquid smoke.

Re: ThatGuy – Sorry guys, that was 1.5 cups of ketchup, in case any of you want to try this insanely DELICIOUS recipe. Personally, Im stunned. Ì nearly just kept the roast and ditched the sauce but it`s so good

    25

What is her dang rush? She needs to learn to let them chase her.
SHE is the golden goose prize. If a man chases you to the end of the earth, he's likely the kind that will stick with you through thick and thin. If you do the chasing, they will just as often do the running; the other way, right when you need him the most.
She needs to grab some self respect. If she doesn't think she's worth chasing, no one will think that.

It's great for her to move and bond w/ the Kennedy Family ( Especially Ethel and Conor ) but those people who say she has a problem with guys well I think it's kind of the guys fault. If he liked her for real he would except it and let her do what she wants plus those guys who broke her heart, even though that is something bad I would like to thank them for making Taylor such a better person ( Richer and more popular) and for giving this world a whole bunch of hits from Taylor. If her relationship works with Conor then I think all the other guys who messed up will be sorry because now she is politically Royal.

  29. 29

for someone who love to play a virgin and clean image, she does fuck lots of men.

    wow.

  30. 30

Re: ThatGuy – 1 1/2 cups is EXACTLY the same as 1.5 cups. Now… for the important comments: HOW DID YOU COOK IT??? You put everything in a slow cooker and just let it simmer? Let me know cause I'm trying that one!

About Taylor: She is an immature, childish, foolish, stalkerish, tone-deaf bitch.

Re: ThatGuy – Wow that sounds so good, let me know the next time you make it and I'll chip in for ingredients if I can have some. Since I live alone and am 60 years old I seldom cook for myself anymore but that was my favorite cut of roast when my husband was still alive and I was still cooking.

  33. ThatGuy says – reply to this

    33

    Re: @v@ – it was a 0.987 kg roast I think.

It was great. So good. It's not such a vinegery type sauce as it it is a sweet sauce, which I like, and I followed those directions perfectly. You're supposed to use a 3 lb chuck roast cook for 8-10hrs and shread it. I couldn't find one so I got a eye of round which is very lean, and tends to be tough if cooked the wrong way, but like I said, I just sliced off a few pieces to try it, dipped it in that sauce and waaahhhh. Dip it and throw it on a bun and yeah…

Let's say I'll be making that more often.

Re: @v@ – Just in case the numbers beside the ingredients messed you up a bit here's the recipe. 1/4 cup of brown sugar is not bad.

•2 1/2 to 3 lbs lean chuck roast or bottom round
    •1 1/2 cups ketchup
    •1/4 cup packed brown sugar
    •1/4 cup wine vinegar
•2 tablespoons spicy mustard or Dijon
    •1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
    •1 teaspoon liquid smoke flavoring
    •1/2 teaspoon salt
    •1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
    •1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

    42

Re: judybarton – Here's the entire recipie, just to clarify. I took the "number points" out to eliminate confusion, and like I said, I forgot to buy and use liquid smoke and it was still prime. Next time I make it I actually want to buy a chuck roast and shred it for sandwiches, because this sauce is amazing.

•2 1/2 to 3 lbs lean chuck roast or bottom round
    •1 1/2 cups ketchup
    •1/4 cup packed brown sugar
    •1/4 cup wine vinegar
•2 tablespoons spicy mustard or Dijon
    •1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
    •1 teaspoon liquid smoke flavoring
    •1/2 teaspoon salt
    •1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
    •1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

  43. ThatGuy says – reply to this

    43

Re: @v@ – Yeah I'd try it with ribs, pork roast and even chicken. I definitely want to try it with a shredded chuck roast next though.

I also think the key to part of the flavor is letting the juice from the meat cook into it.

  44. 44

cause that's not creepy at all…

    45

    THANK YOU!

    46

Re: Judy Barton – You're welcome. I got it offline. I basically tried it out and am giving you guys and gals the thumbs up if you like a less Vinegary, more sweet Homemade BBQ Sandwhich. I followed measurements precisely.

Re: >^..^< – I mixed all the ingredients together in a bowl wisked them together, put the roast into a stove top slow cooker, poured that sauce over top, and turned to cooker on low, for about 8 hrs.

Now, with the roast I used, A lean dense Eye of Round, it cooked so that it could be sliced thin and then mixed back into the sauce and it wasn't tough. It was completely done with no rare, but it really was good. It wasn't dry, but the sauce didn't penetrate. Slicing it and coating it (instead of shredding into), did the trick.

The way they want you to do it is with a chuck that like I said could be shredded back into the sauce, for sandwiches, which judging from how good it was, would be great. BBQ Beef Sandwiches.

I love this, Hyannis is low bred for sure.if the Kennedy's are as great as they make themselves out to be, then why aren't they on the place to summer? If they had any real class, they'd be on the Vineyard with the rest of us every summer.
