Lindsay Lohan may be preparing to enter a legal battle to protect herself from Michael Lohan's conservatorship, so it's a good thing she just got cleared from wrongdoing in another legal mess.
New York City prosecutors have determined that there is not enough evidence to take LiLo to court for allegedly hitting a pedestrian with a Porsche at the Dream Hotel in September.
The surveillance footage was a bit unclear, so we can understand why she is getting a lucky break.
However, the guy she may or may not have hit with the borrowed vehicle can still decide to sue her, so she's not quite out of the woods yet, but at least she hasn't violated her probation.
While it's nice to see the cards being dealt in her favor for once, let's just hope she doesn't use this as an excuse to party it up and get into MORE trouble!
