We guess all of the activity has led to this…and then SOME!

It should come to the surprise of no one - especially given its impressive box office debut this weekend - that Paranormal Activity 4 will NOT be the concluding chapter to the horror franchise!

Studio insiders have confirmed that not only have they greenlit a fifth installment with an expected release date around Halloween of 2013, but they've ALSO set the groundwork for a still-untitled spin-off geared toward Latino audiences!

According to sources in Paramount, Disturbia writer Christopher Landon has been tapped to direct the project, which will feature the demon from the original series and be filmed partly in Spanish!

They explain:

”This will be an off-shoot aimed at the groups who have been the biggest supporters of the property – Latinos and folks in Latin America – Mexico, Brazil, and Argentina.”

And SPOILER ALERT for those of you who have yet to check out the fourth movie - there's EVEN a clip post-credits that TEASES this spin-off!

GAH! We don't know how many more of these our heart can take!

They really do spook us every time!

What do U think?? Are U excited for so much more Paranormal Activity coming??

Goddam, How stupid is America? It's just the same movie over and over again!

Great, a latino spinoff, just what we need, scared mexicans.

I didn't mind those movies but this one is very boring. The only action goes on for maybe 10 minutes at the end. All the same tricks, nothing new. Very disappointed

Lets keep catering to the Latinos. This will become part of 'Latin America' in 50 years. No, I'm not excited. Why? Obviously their countries aren't doing too good, which is why they keep coming here. Why have we all had to assimilate and they haven't?

paranormal activity 4 wasn't as good as the first one but I do commend their new and risky filmmaking. I gotta say I love the found footage aspect and creative camera's - certainly keeps me coming back. This funny political spoof adopts the same style as paranormal activity… very creative!
