Taylor Swift Becomes Swiftest Gal To EVER Record Fifty 'Hot 100' Billboard Hits!

As if we needed more evidence that Swifty was in a league of her own!

Taylor Swift's first album came out six years ago on Wednesday and the golden platinum gal has already amassed 50 Billboard Hot 100 hits!!

We know her rise to fame has been meteoric but fifty hits in six years? That's unbelievable!

The song to catapult her over the milestone? The undeniably delicious I Knew You Were Trouble!

In fact, only four other women have the distinction of having that many hits at all: Connie Francis, Dionne Warwick, Aretha Franklin, and, of course, Her Madgesty Madonna!

None of these magnificent ladies accomplished the feat nearly as fast swiftly as Taylor, with Aretha coming in second place with a slightly less impressive time of 14 years and six months!

Congratulations, Tay, to you and your super-supportive Swifties who helped make this happen!

    Oh come on! Where would all these songs be without iTunes! Is she successful…sure…but to call all these songs 'hits' it's quite a stretch. She's had 50 songs chart on Billboard primarily because of digital downloads…the other gals mentioned did it the old fashion way, and radio airplay played a big part…back when radio actually mattered.

    (( 50 )) Taylor will have over 60+ Hot 100 hits by the time this album is done! Just as an example, Carrie Underwood has only 15 Hot 100 hits. That is why Taylor is the Queen of country music as to get a hot 100 hit people actually have to buy your songs = a real Hit song is a hot 100 song

    Taylor is the real deal, Carrie was just a reality TV FAKE star that American Idol invented and bought time on the radio for her and no one bought her songs. Carrie has not sold out 1 concert in the USA this year .. zip o none .. Taylor is the Queen of country Carrie was the Queen of reality TV

    these songs are not all hits by any stretch. Her stupid young fans buy any crap she puts out on itunes and LORD knows she puts out tons and tons of songs(GREEDY BITCH). Other artists dont feel the need to release new songs every damn week like she does.

    Re: Lisa – I am guessing u dont noe this but for her first album she didnt do any headlining tours at all…she used to go from radio to radio, festival to festival to promote her abum nd thts how she became famous…..for GODs sake she wasnt famous when she released her self-titled album…she worked hard for promoting it nd getting famous so cud u say tht all her singles were chart topping due to digital downloads…if u dont noe how to present ur opinion then please dont cuz from wht i can see u dnt noe SHIT about her!!!!
