A ~~person~~ liar claiming to be Chris Brown filed an obviously bogus lawsuit and request for a restraining order against Rihanna recently in Tennessee!

We hesitate to go into the details of these likely libelous claims, but this is what the person filing the documents alleges:

"[Rihanna] gave me herpes and then when I threatened to file a lawsuit against her for not telling me she was infested with genital blisters she began to hit herself in the face and throw herself into walls just as Jim Carrey did in the movie Liar, Liar."

Jim Carrey?! Uhh, there are no words to describe the absurdity of all this!

The paperwork continued:

"I woke up with three blisters on my penis … this isn't just a regular case of American herpes, this is a case of Herpes from Barbados, which is most likely lethal."

Barbadian herpes?

Yeah. We don't think so!

people need to research on herpes, it's a sensitive subject especially to people who could have gotten it from someone that didn't tell them they had. theres a cure out there, so herpes is the least of his problems. Chris Brown needs to learn how to thank the heavens for him getting a second chance at his career, but he is still being a douche bag regardless.

It can lie latent and travel through your nerves to your brain and can cause dangerous problems like encephalitis and meningitis which both are highly fatal. (Though this is rare) it has happened. And once you get herpes your stuck with it for life. There's only treatment but no cure. A lot of people have herpes and prob. Don't even know it. Educate yourselves and be safe.

Herpes can turn into something dangerous; but drinking water can turn into something dangerous. It's still ridiculously unlikely. If herpes were this deadly virus, clinics would include it in their standard STD testing kit (which most don't, btw). Also, 90% of people who have it don't know they have it…Herpes can't be this flesh-eating, misery-causing, pain-inducing virus if 90% of people don't even know it's there.

I don't care that she has herpes. I do, however, care that she's stupid…
