That's So Raven Star Orlando Brown Slapped With A Third Bench Warrant For His Arrest! WTF?

Because Orlando Brown failed to appear in court again, they slapped a third bench warrant down for his arrest.
You see, the judge needed to see the proof of Orlando's completed alcohol education program since that's how he scored a plea deal in his 2011 DUI case.
But dude didn't show, and now he has a $26,000 warrant on his name. Plus two other warrants for the same thing!!
Get it together, Orlando!!
