Toni Braxton Is Being SUED By Bankruptcy Trustee!

Toni Braxton's financial situation has just gone from bad…to worse!

On top of being bankrupt, now she's facing a lawsuit from the trustee of her bankruptcy estate. She's being accused of fraudulently transferring $53,490 to her estranged husband, Keri Lewis, so she could avoid paying back creditors.

Her rep, however, says the allegations aren't true and explained:

"All of the payments made to Lewis prior to Toni’s bankruptcy filing were appropriate transfers for reasonable and necessary personal and business expenses in the ordinary course of her business."

As of October 2010, the singer owed somewhere between $10 and $50 million to various creditors and has since picked up a reality television show to pay the bills.

Earlier this year, the producers of the WEtv show were sued by an advertising company spreading promos for Braxton Family Values around the country.

Even though that pic is of Tamar… Toni Braxton is the WORST money manager EVER.. Not only did she have to file for bankruptcy ONCE but now its TWICE.. You think when someone is worth 20 million you would have ENOUGH to pay your frigging bills. Its bankruptcy like this is what causes taxes to inflate like a balloon. Get over yourself Toni STOP flying private and buying crap you cant afford..
