    Perez, go listen on youtube to the 2 songs, the chorus is a huge rip off. Usually I am skeptical of these issues, but after listening to Allyson's song, she defiantly has a case! :/

    Re: Stephaboo – yes, and katy perry feels left out of this because of california gurls. seriously, woah is so coommonly used. in fact, if we all did this, then courts would be filled up with complete nonsense. she also filed for emotional damage. i check the adam young tag on tumblr every day and no body on there knew about her before this. i searched her name on google and recieved barely any results. do you really think some artists such as adam, who was on tour when good time came out, has time for this? USE COMMON SENSE PEOPLE!!!!!

    Well… after listening to the 2 songs fully, I have to say, there is no case here. First off, the only part that sounds identical to each other are the first 5 "O's" and everything else sounds different…. There might be similarities here and there, but the tempo are quite different in both songs… One has more guitar and drums in it while the other is more electro-popish… Well, I've dabbled a bit in licensing, patents, infringements and counterfeiting, so I believe that as long as there's a 30% difference between the two things then it's a no case….
