The Situation Is 'Really Trying' To Make Things Work With His Girlfriend
He probably wasn't looking for it, but The Situation found love in a hopeless place at the Jersey Shore last summer.
Since sobering up, the reality star has settled down with Paula Pickard, whom he met while filming the sixth and final season of Jersey Shore.
In Thursday's episode, it looks like their connection is already showing signs of weakening because he confides in Deena's boyfriend, Chris, that he's getting a little tired of her behavior.
This girl must be special though. While Mike would normally "pull the shoot immediately," he admits (above) that he's "really trying here."
On November 15, he'll also be trying to raise enough money to rebuild Seaside Heights after Hurricane Sandy destroyed the coastal town.
Along with the rest of the gang, The Situation will be appearing on MTV's Restore the Shore to ask viewers for donations.

This show is unfortunately finished. It has been a a horrible season with basically the original cast just walking through it, and it seems that Deena is the star or center of the show with no one to hang out with. She makes a fool of herself and it is embarassing. Just doesn't have the entertainment quality of Snooki the Diva. Situation is a bore trying to save a possible future career by going to rehab. The truth is the cast turned on him violently and basically made him cry. Now that the Jersey Shore is destoyed from Hurricaine Sandy, they will probably have a reunion season after it is rebuilt. Season 1 was an authentic 'good time'. RIP.
As of right now, the Situation has sought refuge in the Fort Lauderdale area. My friend got a pic of him driving his Audi through Wilton Manors today with a mysterious blonde. So he better drive his butt back up north to make it in time for show.
