This must be a HUGE relief.
Kelsey Grammer has been dismissed from a MASSIVE lawsuit that he was being named as a defendant in.
Lydia Cornell, an actress and one of Grammer's former co-stars, was one of the plaintiffs that filed a $100 million suit against Staropoly.com for using the Frasier star's endorsement to trick people into investing in a Ponzi scheme.
Grammer has maintained that he was duped just like everyone else and lost $1 million in the process.
An El Lay County Superior Court judge must have agreed because his name, along with other celebrity investors, is no longer involved in the legal matter.
Now if only Mitt Romney were to get elected, than this might be one of the best days of his life.
