    Yeah, this lineup is very disappointed, especially compared to past years. There's no way any of these girls have earned DIVA status. You might make an argument for Kelly, but that's it. The others need a few more year under their belt, child star or not. With all due credit to Lambert, who's great in his own right, the fact that he, the HOST, out-divas most of them should be considered a problem.

Im so confused..first off she's already been a diva…so if they were gonna be okay with bringing back women that have already done the show then Jennifer Hudson SHOULD have been part of it. Christina Aguilera would have been nice, she has the vocals. Maybe Beyonce! Jordan sparks- I understand…she'll be pretty good I bet. Mariah carey?? HELLLLOOOOO

    They promos keep saying the theme of the show is Dance Music, but the only one with any actual original dance records (not remixes) is Kelly Rowland. What about Rihanna, Ke$ha, GaGa, Kylie, Sia, Christina, J.lo. and dare I say Britney? Still i'll keep an open mind, last years show and line up ended up surprisingly entertaining. Plus the press release says more performers to be announced.

    I can see why they got Kelly Rowland to do it. She has a very Donna Summers-esque vibe in her looks and her dance music, so I could see why they would ask her. I could also see Jordin Sparks because of her Sparkle movie with Whitney Houston..But Demi Lovato, Ciara and WORST OF ALL MILEY CYRUS…WHY MILEY?!!! What happened to Christina Aguilera, Brandy, Pink, Kelly Clarkson, Fantasia, Florence and The Machine, Monica, Erykah Badu??? Why not ask any of them? Like I said, I can see why they would ask Kelly Rowland and Jordin Sparks…But the others…VH1 wrong for that, but then again look who they have hosting it ADAM LAMBERT…Why couldn't they get someone like Lala or someone? VH1, ya'll are a mess!!!

    Re: PHWOARR – Well, I did say you MIGHT make an argument. I never said it's would be a successful one lol. But compared to everyone else, she's the closet thing. All things considered, she's been around the longest (about 15 years i think), sold more records (if you include her DC days), and she at least had a #1 song (Dilemma). Not saying it makes her a full fledged "Diva", but definitely more so than the rest of this lot.

    i have to admitt when i saw the list, i was very dissapointed!! these women are flops. i kind of get kelly rowland. but why miley, demi, ciara and jordan???? these girls are not DIVAS!! that cant even sell a record. i was hoping for rihanna, taylor swift, lady gaga, JLo and beyonce. i'm not watching this years divas, these z list are gonna make the special flop just like there album.

    I hope this is not the final list! The only one of these so called "Divas" that can handle either Donna Summer or Whitney Houston's powerhouse vocals is Jordin. I hope they call on the Celine, Patti, Chaka, Gladys, Christina and Beyonce and Mariah. The ones they picked can be fillers for the "other" dance songs. Where's Janet Jackson? The show is about Dance Music, no?

    I'm very excited to see Adam hosting this event and he will be performing also. He sang a Donna Summer tribute at one of his concerts and it was fantastic!! He'll probably be the best singer there. Jordin Sparks will be great singing Witney Houston also. Don't know about the others though, but Adam should make it fun. Looking forward to it.

    If I have to watch another Taylor Swift or Rihinna performance I might choke. Selling records doesn't make them watchable. These young women should do very well. Also Pitbull is on board. Why all the hate on this site??? Usually don't come here cause if your not a Perez "A" lister you get trashed. We all know your best buds with Gaga! Give the tude a rest please.
