It seems the states that have a higher population that use the "liberal" services like Medicaid and Social Security are the ones who vote red. I guess Jesus will save all no matter what.

  2. 2

Anyone else notice that Massachusetts is the most educated state and that is where Mitt Romney is governor. Hmm…he must be doing something right. Too bad Americans are idiots and voted for Obama.

I can't believe how outrageous this post is. You are insulting a lot of people, and for what reason? It must be because you can't stand to have someone with an opinion other than your own. Obviously if people don't have the same political views as yourself they must be uneducated. Although I'm from Minnesota, I sure as hell did not vote for Obama and that does not make me uneducated. I have visited this site for years, but now I'm done. You've just gone way too far shoving your views down other peoples throats. Have fun continuing to bully people, I hope it makes you good about yourself.

I just love your liberal agenda Perez. You are going to lose loots of followers because of it…including me. We are tired of your Obama-worshipping bs…..some of us still have a backbone

Re: vegas22 – I think the fact that his home state DIDN'T vote for him speaks to the fact that he must have been doing something wrong… but to each his own.

  6. anonony says – reply to this

Lady Amalthea, I think the fact that Massachusetts has voted democrat in every presidential election since 1928, except for four times (twice for Reagan, twice for Eisenhower) speaks to the fact that whether he did something right or wrong, it's absolutely irrelevant to how Massachusetts ended up voting… but to each his own.

  7. anonony says – reply to this

Also, this post IS absolutely outrageous - and I find it ironic that Perez uses the word "edumacated" in it. Then again, he probably thinks that is how educated is spelt. But I won't go so far as to say that all liberals are dumb because one liberal can't spell, unlike Mr. Hilton grouping all Republicans into one "unedumacated" group.

    Re: vegas22

And Massachusetts didn't vote Mitt Romney? Clearly they loved him then.

  9. fancypants66 says – reply to this

Wow Perez - gloat in all your glory now that the election is over. We'll see what Obama will bring to the table the next four years. We'll see how much more he will add to the $17 trillion debt, and then leave for the next president to handle. We'll see what he does when Americans are at the hands of terrorists like they were in Libya (uh lets see… he did nothing). All kinds of things will happen in the next four years, and we'll see what he'll do. I voted for Romney and am highly disappointed at how the election turned out. But I will stand back and (again) watch Obama bury himself. Then all of you can look back and say, wow, we voted this guy in… again. How far in debt does this country have to be before people wake up and smell the coffee? How many small businesses have to go under and how high does employment have to go before you guys get the picture? I guess you have your four more years to see how well your commander does. Good luck. You'll need it.

  10. 10

The election is over Perez, you can stop the hate now

  11. 11

Clearly Mass is not to brilliant. they voted for a fake pocahontas. lol

  12. fancypants66 says – reply to this

I meant "unemployment". Damn… get on a rant and then screw it up when I reread what I post.

  13. anonymous says – reply to this

Wow. It's so nice to see women on here hating on Obama. What the f**k did Romney offer you? At least Obama speaks for everyone not just the rich and the bible belt states. I voted for equality. I'd say thinking of the "whole" not just parts of the whole is the most educated thing a person could do.

  14. hilarywith1L says – reply to this

You know not all your damn readers are American…..enough with USA politics already. This is Aalso kinda mean….everyone has their own right to who they wanna vote for. Just like you've sad many times, yet again youre Being a giant hypocrit

Your posting is insulting- remind us on what degrees you have??? I didn't think so…

  16. 16

Well you can count Colorado out next go round.

  17. fancypants66 says – reply to this

Re: anonymous – Do you really think 'equality' is going to matter when no one can get a job? Do you think equality is going to matter when our taxes are exploding because we have to cover a national debt that one man brought on? Do you think equality is going to matter when we have terrorists knocking on our door yet again because they are not scared of who is at the helm? I'm glad you have the 'real and whole' issues covered. You'll be hiding under your equality rock and the rest of us will have to deal with the messes that Obama made. It isn't about what Romney promised us. It's about Obama and everything he is doing wrong. But you're right… we're just stupid women who don't know anything.

  18. IJS says – reply to this

Do you think equality is going to matter when our taxes are exploding because we have to cover a national debt that one man brought on?

Education fact 101: I am so tired of people thinking Obama or any president for that matter made the deficit so high. First, The Federal Reserve (which follows no tax laws and governs itself) is the reason this country is in debt. Second, being that the bank keeps bailing the country out time after the debt with only get higher no matter whom is president. Third, on that note the entire system is meant to be in debt because some people are greedy, wealthy, and powerful.

  19. 19

the day after obama re-elected, 155,000 Americans were pink-slipped. When you lose your job and end up on foodstands, remember you discarded a good man who actually ran a business that made money for this fraud who couldn't run a lemonade stand. remember YOU get what YOU deserve.

  20. 20

thats because in MD they brainwash us to liberal agendas.. Also our inner city has tons of people on welfare to the point where they get on food stamps then at that point they will sell their food stamps to others for drug money. We have a good education system yes but in high school in howard county md the top college that graduate go to? Is a community college.. if we were really "educated" and well off wouldn't we be going off to better colleges? Also its very insulting to people in those other states that just because they did not vote for Obama they are uneducated? Really? I'm from Maryland, and sure as hell did not vote for Obama. I understand and respect your views but there is another respectable point where you don't shove your views down others throats.

  21. 21

Wow, way to alienate your readers who reside in 10 states, including me.

  22. 22

This is just based on who has a degree..I don't know how many dumb asses I know that has a degree in something beyond useless, but then they think they are intelligent. NY feminists think this way.

  23. 23

  24. 24

Not surprised by that statistic. You do have to be uneducated, extremely wealthy or racist to vote for Romney.

  25. 25

You're seriously implying all who voted for him are ignorant. Like you actually literally think that? That is SO judgmental. Perhaps they're living paycheck to paycheck and don't give into the hoopla and just wanted to give him a shot. You're so f*cking judgmental Perez.

  26. 26

    So f*cking rude.

  28. 28

Right on Perez! Please don't let the negative and hateful comments prevent you from posting insightful FACTS.

And fancypants66… Equality will ALWAYS matter.

  29. 29

This does not surprise me at all!

  30. 30

Re: vegas22 – Is that really what you gathered from viewing these statistics?

  31. Mr Pete says – reply to this

    Well educated, but still dumb
How else could you explain Massachutts
the state that voted for Elizabeth(I'M an Indian ) Warren, or Barney Frank, John Kerry, Ted Kennedy, and Tip O'Niel

  32. Happyto be Southern says – reply to this

Coming for Louisiana and have a Master's Degree I tend to disagree with this poll… And, besides Nevada, all of the states are Southern… This is profiling and bullying like it always is… The poor, dumb Southerners… Can someone please tell me what Obama has done the past four years? Anything? Seems Perez has given up bullying celebs, but not some poeple who read his blog…

  33. 33

What does it matter if you have nothing and depend on the government! Go for broke!!
So you start giving to the poor from taking from the rich. What will this do for the poor guy? Make him get a job? Make him look for a job? Ever hear, teach a man to fish and he will eat for life.. This is NOT Obumas plan!! Keep giving and you will see GREECE in our back door… It will be ok as long as gays can marry!! Woohoo!!!

  34. 34

Show where the highest food stamps and welfare are given out!! The list of the educated!! DA!! Fucking rocket science you fools!!!

  35. LiberalsMakeMeSick says – reply to this

Perez, the election is over. Your maladroit president won. You can stop shoving it down our throats.

With that said, you are insulting so many people and do you realize this man barely won. If there was no cheating and no unions and no welfare people with their hands out, he would not have won.

All the states are you parading aroud saying they are so intelligent are all the states ready to go bankrupt. They are all the states where the major cities are filled with welfare people.

I am educated( PharmD and a MBA) and I work 77 hrs a week to pay my bills. It is going to cost me thousands more each month due to t he increase in taxes so where will the money come from? I am going to have to work more or sell my home.

How educated are you Perez? GED? High School education? Quit insulting your viewers. We are the ones who made you who you are. If it wasn't for us you would be a cashier in a gay porn shop.

Stop with the Obama cheering. It is repulsive and disgusting for 240 MILLION americans. 60 million voted for him, 240 million did not vote for him.

  36. 36

Yeah….because you are such an articulate person and spelling bee champ.

  37. Corey says – reply to this

I love how everyone is saying "The election is over" "Quit talking about it" I had to read these hateful asshole calling our president (a man who should be respected no matter what) shit like Obummer for the past year. Now, because we are proud that he got re-elected we are just supposed to shut up about it? Fuck that. Perez, keep talkin about it ’til the cows come home. Make these assholes eat their nasty hate filled words.

  38. Milla says – reply to this

This post is hurtful, Perez. I have supported you as a blogger for years, but you've alienated me with this one. I will continue to read your blog, but please refrain from this in the future. We want to know what celebs are up to without being ridiculed for our political views.

  39. 39

Bullshit - This according to statistics made up by Perez.

  40. Corey says – reply to this

NOT only are these people FUCKING IDIOTS they are also SORE LOSERS. ROMNEY was a COWARD and a LIAR and Americans saw right through him. MY MOTHER WHO IS A DIE HARD CONSERVATIVE laughed at ROMNEY thru his whole campaign.

  41. prg says – reply to this

will you please stop hating anyone who runs against obama please stop this nonsense

  42. 42

I don't think Perez is calling anyone less educated, he didn't come up with these numbers! Calm down..Only ones getting butt hurt are those who voted Red. Whether you voted Obama or Romney, doesn't make you less educated than the other, as it doesn't mean you're better than the other either! Get off the high horsed you all ride & instead of making America worse by rebelling because the election didn't go your way, be pro-active and do what you can to make America better!! It takes more than just 1 man to make our nation what it is, stop placing blame on just the President (Bush or Obama)! Corporate greed has a lot to do with where we are now also! People being lazy and taking advantage of govt assistance has a hand in this also. Those who are waiting for the President to come hand them a job are partly to blame! Take responsibility for your own life & stop placing blame on 1 man! If you all you want to do is place blame, you deserve to have shit handed to you! Shut the hell up and take responsibility for YOURSELF!!!

  43. 43

I love how everybody is saying "this post is hurtful" and "quit shoving shit down our throats" etc. This post consists of two things, the title and statistics, for the first time perez has not added anything else to it. You guys are not offended by what perez said because in the end he said nothing, you are offended by what the statistics say which is true. Its sad when you live in a country where people hide so much from the truth and find it offensive and as something that should not be shown. That is completely wrong and gross, we do not get better as a country by denying facts.

  44. 44

the first thing the pos in the wh is going to do is leave the country. I pray he doesn't come back.

  45. Leslie says – reply to this

This is a poor attempt at trying to prove something. Maybe you should have looked at that chart before posting it. If you look at the chart, VERY LOW percentages in the Worst Educated states voted for Romney (the highest 23.8%). That means a much higher percentage of worst educated (70+%) voted for Obama. And if you look at the Best Educated states, not even 40% voted for Obama. The highest was a 39.1 in Massachusetts. Who did the other 60% vote for? Or did they not vote?

  46. 46

Apparently whoever did this has never been to Maryland. They are a bunch of idiots.

  47. Sven says – reply to this

    Re: f–u
You should have started off your post saying "Anyone else notice that Massachusetts is the most educated state, and that is where Mitt Romney was governor? Wow, those bay staters really are smart because they chose not elect him for president!!!!!!!

You really think that Mitt Romney, having served as Governor for 4 years in Massachusetts, in the reason we are smart here? Wow, I guess people are even more stupid than I thought. I don't remember him having a nightly educational session that was required of all residents that fed us a daily dose of intelligence. j

  48. 48

All of the Romney supporters who are commenting on this are kind of just proving his point.

  49. 49

I'm from Maryland. John Hopkins University Mittches! LOL. This does not mean the people are stupid. They are just saying these states offer the best education. I'm sure some of these kids travel to colleges that offer better education. I think it's rude and disrespectful to call people stupid. I don't think they are trying to hurt anyone. Only stating facts.

When Romney left office as governor of MA, his approval rating was very low. He did not run for re-election because he would have lost. We in MA learn from our mistakes.

wow talk about uneducated, this is about the most ignorant, uneducated thing I've read during this entire election. Whoever posted this be it Mario(which I doubt) or the new losers who bought this site……………you are the true idiot. Enjoy your next 4yrs and this time dont complain about job loss, unemployment, gas prices, or the deficit because you voted for it. Your vast amounts of education got you far.

I am hoping for the best for the USA in the next four years and will do my best to be a good citizen and help those less fortunate, when I can afford it.

This post is outrageous. It is likely that you have offended all of your readers from the "uneducated" states. I had not looked at your website in weeks because of the judgmental crap that you post while you scream for tolerance for the gay community. Pathetic. I will never view this site again. Screw you.
