After the success of 50 Shades of Grey, an erotic novel based loosely on Twilight characters, publishers are desperate for more of the same!!

We're just surprised it took so long!!

Hoping to tap into the same market E.L. James' novels' conquered, Simon & Schuster plan to release two more in a similar vein next year.

Beautiful Bastard and Beautiful Stranger, written by Christina Hobbs and Lauren Billings, is set in (what we assume must be) a very kinky office.

Twi-Hard panties will surely moisten each time Boss Edward tosses Assistant Bella onto a Xerox machine and rams his stapler into her supply closet!!

Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson never imagined their onscreen love would inspire a diverse array of Soccer Mom porn!

    OMG The Office is being published! Wow. Nothing & I mean NOTHING tops Beauiful Basterd! IMO this is a better story than MoTU was. There are quite a few twi-fics that have been published. UoEM became Gabriel's Inferno trilogy. That was another superb story. As someone else already mentioned Poughkeepsie was/is a fantastic read. I'm very glad I have copies of the originals of all of these any many others. There are many fabulous authors out there yet to be discovered. The Author of the Mortal Instruments series, Cassandra Clare started out as a fanfiction author for Harry Potter. If you haven't read her stuff yet, you really should.

    The original was an independent movie made YEARS AGO and wayyyyy before Twilight was even a 'twinkle' in the eye of the author.

    Try watching THE SECRETARY with Maggie Gyllenhaal and James Spader.

    Not EVERYTHING is based on Twilight…a book written for ten year olds.

    Im actually happy about this, because The Office surpasses anything MOTU could ever be. The substance is so much more superior. Sucks that EL got so much out of her C+ book…Theres actually alot of twi-fic that has gotten published and dont get 1/4 of the attention 50 Shades got…

    Beautiful Bastard is The Office. It was an okay fic… there were better ones out there, but it was definitely better than 50 Shades. Dead on my Feet, which is now Wake by Mattina, is by favourite fanfic-to-published book.

    There truly is nothing new under the sun. Well, there is, it just isn't in mass media. Quit buying this trash and demand good books! Erotica can and should be well written and doesn't need to bebased on anything. I am so sick of the 50 Shades junk everywhere - we just celebrate mediocruty in this country. Blech.
