Bobby Brown Swears He’s “Not Guilty” Of His Third DUI

Isn’t that what they always say? LOLz!

Bobby Brown has pled "not guilty" after his recent DUI in October. At the time, he was also charged with driving with a restricted license and also driving a car that didn’t have a breathalyzer device in it.

The last two stipulations were a result of his second DUI this year, and third ever.

If the court finds that Bobby is indeed guilty, he could get thrown in the clink for two years.

Wowzers!

He’ll have a pre-trial next month.

It’s never good to hear that someone is going to jail, but how hard is it to follow the law?!

He’s still innocent until proven guilty, though.

What is this his 4th DUI
I hope they put a machine on his car now.
A new study by AAA reveals that nine out of ten drivers consider
drinking and driving a threat to their own safety on the road and a
whopping 97 percent find drinking and driving an unacceptable practice.
Eight in ten drivers go as far to say that they would support
legislation requiring ignition interlocks for all those who are convicted of drinking and driving, including first-time offenders.

“Evidence clearly shows that IIDs are more effective than other
methods at reducing re-arrest among convicted drunk drivers and keeping
them off the road,” AAA President and CEO Robert Darblenet said in a
    statement.

It may be the only thing that works for him
