You can clearly see he is at the doctors office, he must have just given blood and is playing around with one of the tubes. I just donated blood this past week (I'm a emgerency blood donor), and they now take 5 extra tubes of blood for testing and research. It looks like he is holding one of those tubes. Ian is probably a blood donor or is having some test done.

not really sure why this is creepy. its a standard blood test– it has already been centrifuged + ready to be sent, hence the separation. could be a test for anything, not necessarily HIV.. thats extremely ignorant… could have just been having some cholesterol testing etc..

That tube is not for testing for HIV… *Rolls eyes*. It's common for many types of testing. I go to the hospital to get my blood checked out and guess what same type of tube with the same shit at the bottom like that.
