Mary J. Blige & Rolling Stones Bequeath 50th Birthday Bee-Jays Ballads On London!

| Filed under: Music MinuteMary J. BligeKeith Richards

Short of Marilyn Monroe serenading JFK, this is the best birthday tribute we can remember!

The Rolling Stones performed Saturday in London to commemorate their 50th year in the business — wow, we feel old!

Mary J. Blige was one of many talented performers to help the band celebrate the big five-zero in style!

Ch-ch-check out Mick Jagger and Mary J combining vocal talents in this ah-mazing rendition of Gimme Shelter (above) — an iconic single released two years before the talented R&B artist was even born!

Other special guests included the legendary Jeff Beck and former bandmates Bill Wyman and Mick Taylor.

This was the Stones' first gig in five years, but they clearly haven't slowed one bit!!

It's not age you're feeling, you stupid homo. It's your STD — specifically AIDS — sapping your energy. The number of years the Rolling Stones have been around has zero to do with you, but as usual, you have to try to make it about you somehow. You're a really pathetic twat. Please stop breathing.

Gosh, I would love to see them once, last time they performed in LA the tickets cost like $300 which is a lot of money for a senior like me living on Social Security and a small pension.
