    Guess it was Gavin's fault , and Perez is starting his feeding frenzy again. You can feel the excitement building in the posts. But alas, it will end the same, boringly… with no real jail time. Her life is actualy has better scripting and drama, and sincere emotion than her films. Isn't she tired yet? I would be, and I would move some tropical island, drink umbrella drinks and play in the sand

    Honestly, I give up on her. I used to thing she had a chance to get back on her feet, but this time around - after the bad performance in Liz&Dick and now yet - ANOTHER issue with the law. I am over her. She needs to go away for a long time.

    She needs to just go to jail and go away for a awhile. At this point these court appearances and arrests are costing us too much money. If she is not jailed she'll probably end up killing herself or someone else.

    Like anyone is surprised lindsay is in trouble once again but after reading several articles and the statement from the alleged victim it seems to me the woman and friend were trying to get Lindsay's attention and hoping to maybe hang out with Lindsay and her friends and when Lindsay wasn't feeling it they got pissed and started throwing insults. She tried to offer lindsay a physic reading, I mean come on I would of told the chic to get away from me too and with the insults she threw Lindsay's way I would of probably punched the orange wrinkled skank in her face too, the chic looks 40 so to me she seems like a fame and celebrity seeker and is prob enjoying her 5 mins of fame and she is probably hoping this provides more opportunities but the chic is nasty with fried blond hair and orange skin, come on girl we all know ur loving the attention ur getting off of Lindsay's fame! I hate ugly desperate attention whores like this Oompa Loompa, go back to ur little physic crazy life and tan a few more times so you look even more radioactive

    What she needs is to be left alone. How many reading this don't drink, smoke… Have you ever been mobbed leaving everywhere you go? It can't be easy but it certainly looks like that's what the sleezy blond wants. Attention and cash. I feel bad for Li although far from Princess Di (the media killed her) in a way it's doing the same to Lindsay. Many in high school were busted with all kinds of sh** and they didn't make the paper let alone every paper, magazine and tabloid. Live and let live.
