Matthew Vaughan & Star Wars: Actor Accidentally Confirms??

HOLY SHIZZ!!

It's looking like our dreams ARE coming true — Matthew Vaughan has just been accidentally confirmed by one of his actors that he'll be the director given the HEAVY task of bringing us Star Wars: Episode VII!!

Jason Flemyng is very very good friends with Matthew. Such good friends that he's been in nine of his movies. He's the one who let it slip.

Here's what he said:

"Me and Matt have done nine films together, so I'm sure I'll get the call for Star Wars."

AMAZEBALLS. Though, maybe he won't get the call now that he's ruined the surprise! He quickly tried to backtrack:

"I think that's… er yeah, he's interested, yeah. Bar the deal."

We were hoping this would turn out to be true, because if you didn't know, Matthew's the one who saved the X-Men franchise with First Class… and he also directed both Layer Cake and Kick Ass!

So we can't help but think Star Wars would be in good hands moving forward!
