Calum McSwiggan is adamant that he's not faking his alleged attack.

A memo released says there's no evidence that stole the phone on purpose or that he deleted any photos. No evidence, no charges.
It was originally thought this would affect his probation stemming from abusing Rihanna. That probably won't happen now, and officials are going to be forwarding everything they have to his probation officials for review.
Are we the only ones who think, hey, maybe if you'd stop doing things like this you'd never have to worry, Chris Brown?
