Oh it's never anyone's fault and everyone is always out for themselves. Please! That's the oldest trick in the book. The girl needs to take accept what she did and deal with the consequences. I'm sure if they drop these charges, they'll drop the other ones as well. This is not what the girl needs! She needs serious help and to deal with the consequence!

Oh please already! She is well known for punching people in clubs and starting fights, especially after she drinks. Of course the charges will be dropped and I'll tell you exactly how; Lindsay will pay the woman off to drop charges and keep quiet while her team will spin it as if it wasn't Lindsay's fault. They've done it before and it's been well-reported with that nurse from Betty Ford. The team to clean up her messes has only grown, she must be hugely in debt by now. Can you imagine her lawyer's bills and all the pay off's she has to hand out to people?!

It's typical addict behavior to lie, make excuses, blame others and feel like a victim. Being accountable for your actions and learning how to be honest is something that you learn in recovery. She has been in treatment five times so she she knows what she needs to do. If she really wants to recover then there are people who do service work with H&I and go into jails and institutions tp carry the message of recovery. Sitting in another rehab probably won't do much for her but losing her freedom just might be the bottom she needs. She has committed so many crimes, she is not a victim. She is an adult with choices.This stuff she is doing has to stop before someone who truly is innocent is victimized by her actions. Lindsay- FIND GOD NOW it's your only chance. The choice is hers and hers alone. I wish her luck.

It's a sad fact but its true. She is surrounded by enablers that do not acre about ER or her health. They only care about her money…

I am betting that she is going to be in a box six feet under next year.
