Wow..

This quasi peace treaty happened a lot sooner than we expected.

Snaps for taking the steps to get over grudges!

Following that nasty Thanksgiving beat-down at Halle Berry's house, Gabriel Aubry and Olivier Martinez went through a week of rigorous legal games.

But following the "amicable agreement" found in court on Thursday, Gab has dropped the restraining order against the man who gave him this bloody, brutally beaten face.

Still… as of right now, Olivier's civil arrest made against Gabriel is still going to El Lay's City Attorney for review, but sources say it's "highly unlikely" he will be prosecuted.

The important thing here is that it seems like everyone's #1 concern is Nahla right now. Sometimes it takes a really horrible thing to slap some perspective in, but hopefully they can move forward from this with a better life for Nahlz!

When you get into a fight, the cops dont give a shit. They ask both parties involved if they want to press charges. If someone says yes they arrest the other guy. Usually this does not happen because both guys end up going to jail. Gabriele was the much bigger man here becuase he didn't act like a girl and press charges which he could have done.

This will get thrown out.

and now today we are seing pictures of Aubrey with little Nahla and the 2 of them are smiling
so you can easlily see that he only did it to expedite seeing his little girl
Halle didn't want that hanging over Martinez head- so she made a deal I'll bet!
shows that if she really believed Aubrey was dangerous to her daughter ..she was willing to sacrifice the child for her boyfriend— some mother huh?

and you know that she doesn't believe any of the crap she's been saying about Aubrey- it's all just for her to get him out of their daughter's life
..
Aubrey is a good man who loves his child and and like any decent man in that position, he will do about anything to keep his child in his life- including dropping the restraining order against Martinez-who clearly deserved one
