Aww poor lady!!

After hearing the super exciting news this morning that Kate Middleton and Prince William are expecting a mini-royal, it seems not all is well in the world of Windsor…

As Kate's first stage of pregnancy is literally making her ILL, and new reports state that Mz. Middleton's morning sickness is MUCH more debilitating than normal!

One insider at St James's Palace reveals that Kate is suffering from hyperemesis gravidarum, which means she's experiencing constant, extreme nausea which often results in vomiting. If Kate were to go untreated, she could lose tons of weight and and get dangerously dehydrated!

But as we've previously reported, Kate is staying King Edward VII Hospital and will recieve expert medical care worthy of a Princess!

We hope you soon feel better dear! And congratz to the max!!!

Ouch, nausea sucks so extreme unrelenting nausea sounds like a nightmare. Positive energy and well wishes sent her way!

Perhaps it's twins. That can cause severe morning sickness.

Hyperemisis is a bitch. I had it when I was pregnant (with only 1 baby) for 17 weeks straight and lost 22 pounds during the pregnancy because of it. Wishing Kate and Wills the best and may Kate have an easier time in the coming weeks.

The good thing is this indicates that her hormones are doing exactly what they are supposed to be doing. Many first time moms, who have gone on to have healthy babies, have really bad "morning sickness". I had it day and night until my 8th month. Miserable, but I had a healthy baby girl (who is also a red head, hmmm).

Hyperemesis really is a drag. I too had it during my one and only pregnancy, lost about 20 lbs and threw up every day multiple times until the day I delivered my son. The day I was admitted, I was throwing up. =/

I had HG as she has and it is no regular morning sickness. I vomited 24/7 and actually prayed to die. It was awful. I finally was admitted to an ER after vomiting blood. Lost 13 pounds etc. I knew my baby was tough to hang in there as he grew to 10 pounds! I dont wish the HG on anyone and hope that Kate feels better.

Morning sickness is one of the most fascinating things about the woman's body. On an evolutionary level, our body will immediately reject anything ingested that would harm the fetus!

I too suffered with HG during both of my pregnancies until about 17-20 weeks. It really is terrible. I was hospitalized 3 times with my first child and twice with my second. Traditional remedies for morning sickness do not cure this. I had to take zofran by Drs orders to keep water down. I really hope the Duchess is allowed to rest and not do her normal duties during this time as it may be harmful to her and baby's health. Both my babes were full term and healthy…she will have a healthy baby too!

glad I wasn't the only one. I had morning sickness the entire time but a few weeks earlier in the pregnancy. I threw up every hour and yes I did lose some weight
