Well, she basically slammed it, just not in its entirety!
Taking to her private Instagram on Sunday, the 35-year-old reportedly wrote:
So early Friday, Pink finally apologized.
She took to Twitter to write:
One would think that having been in jail before and knowing just how awful it was, Lindsay Lohan would have cleaned up her act and done everything she could to avoid making the mistakes that put her behind bars in the first place!
But as we all know, that has NOT been the case for the troubled starlet!
In fact, despite the fact that she deliberately lied to the police about her responsibility and involvement in the PCH car accident that ultimately led to her latest probation violation, she's now said to be freaking out over the very real possibility that she could be back in jail by the time Christmas and New Year's roll around, and has told her long-suffering lawyer, Shawn Chapman Holley, to do whatever it takes to keep her out!
"Lindsay is absolutely freaked out about the possibility of going back to jail because she allegedly violated her probation in her necklace theft case when she was formally charged with lying top cops after a horrific car crash last summer in Santa Monica. Lindsay knows it's almost a foregone conclusion that even if she admits to the probation violation without having a formal hearing, and throws herself at the mercy of the judge, she would be sentenced to significant jail time. Lindsay's arraignment for the new charges is scheduled for December 15, and she isn't required to appear because she was charged with misdemeanors. However, the judge could order her to appear because of her lengthy criminal history. Lindsay is facing about 253 days behind bars, if she is found guilty of violating her probation, and she would serve 25% of that sentence because of overcrowding in jails in Los Angeles. Lindsay would serve about 63 days behind bars. Lindsay was locked up in 2010 for 13 days for violating probation in her DUI case, and said it was the darkest time of her life. If Lindsay could sell a body part to keep her out of jail, she would. She is that desperate about the thought of going back to jail."
We wouldn't go so far as to say DESPERATE!
If she truly were desperate about the thought of going back to jail, we think she would have STOPPED engaging in consistent reckless, dangerous, and illegal behavior that ultimately lead to such repercussions!
You can only play with fire so much before you get burned, gurl!
We just don't know how badly burned you have to get anymore before you finally realize it's time to STOP!
