The star of We Bought a Zoo isn't buying into the notion of starring in a fourth Bourne film!
Matt Damon finally sat down and watched Jeremy Renner's newish Bourne Legacy, and we were surprised by his reaction!
Did it compel him to enlist in filming another round of international espionage and incomprehensibly-edited fight sequences?!
The Good Will Hunting star admitted:
"I think it's going to make it harder for us to make another one. I'm just trying to figure out like… Because they used our characters, anything that happens in that world, that's the Bourne world now. So the pill popping and all that stuff happens."
Drugs! It's always the drugs!
There may not be room for another steaming pile of Bourne on Matt's plate, but there is def still room for Hawkeye in his heart!
"I love Jeremy and I'm a huge fan of him and I know him personally and love him outside of work, too. But I just don't know what that story would be. I could never see Bourne teaming up with anyone. And all he said was – he wanted out, he wanted out, he wanted out. So how do you get that character going again?"
Awww!! Cute! And kind of sultry!
Perhaps Matt could instead return as Jason's peen-loving twin brother, Horatio Bourne?!
And, after rescuing Jeremy from imminent doom, they could make out until they had cotton mouth!
Mmm, a boy can certainly dream!
