Even though rumors of a budding relationship between Lilo and The Wanted's so-called "bad boy" have been raging like the hottest of wildfires ever since she was spotted hanging outside his Philly dressing room, it seems that Max — and his manager Scooter Braun — do NOT want to get involved in any of the legal drama surrounding Linz's NYC nightclub beat-down.
"Seeing that Max wasn’t involved in the fracas at all, Scooter doesn’t want him to get involved in any of the legal hearings. Max just found himself in the wrong place at the wrong time and he barely knows Lindsay, so he has no reason to stick up for her."
Max had allegedly met up with Lindsay at the club that fateful evening, but dude reportedly moved on to another chicka VERY quickly and was not around to see Lindsay supposedly punch Tiffany Mitchell.
BUT if the legal drama escalates and the court calls for witnesses, Max may be called upon to testify.
