Cheryl Cole Is STILL Pissed About Her X Factor Axe…And Wants The Money That She Was Promised!
Guess a couple of profanity-laced tirades were not enough to calm her anger!
And if this is really the case, then we can't say we blame Cheryl Cole!
The Girls Aloud singer, who was famously axed from the judges panel of the American version of The X Factor before the first season of the show even premiered, only to be replaced by Nicole Scherzinger, let Simon Cowell have it via text message when she initially heard the news, but now, has fired off a lawsuit against the producers of the reality series for $2.3 million!
According to legal documents filed in El Lay Superior Court against Blue Orbit Productions, Chezza entered a pay-or-play agreement with them back in April of 2011, which guaranteed her $1.8 million for the first season, $2 million for a second, and living expenses, wardrobe, styling, and $15,000 per month housing!
However, upon her exit from the series, all she received was her $1.8 million, and now, is looking to receive not only damages "in excess of $2.3 million," but also interest at the legal rate AND court costs!
OUCH! That is QUITE a chunk of change, isn't it?
But hey!
If she were contractually bound to receive all of that, and they didn't hold their end of the bargain, then we'd suggest they FORK THAT SHIZ OVER…and ASAP!
Haven't you guys put poor Chezza through enough?! C'mon now!

The entertainment industry needs to quite giving package deals like they do on Wall Street. If you don't perform up to their expectations you get nothing. She'll probably win. Hopefully all change these contracts to fit the moment, and not long term and given to you even if you're fired.

If the original contract didn't specify and bind her working location, she won't win because the employer offered her the alternate gig in the U.K. and she refused the work.
$15,000 a month for housing? Wow my rent is only $850 (live in a working class neighborhood) and within one month could pay off my credit car bills, second month pay rent in advance for a year (negotiate a discount with landlord) and put the rest in the bank with a few thousand for a nice vacation in Mexico. Or Hawaii. Or both.
Thats what they get for hiring a talentless singer NO ONE IN AMERICA LIKES!! or even knows for that matter.
Who the hell is she? She's just another entitled fame whore who wants to be famous more then successful and to achieve notoriety quickly without being deserving of it. She needs to let this go and get serious about her career. She's obviously been listening to the one person whispering in her ear that she deserves fame but for the most part none of us know who the hell she is.

My guess is that she didn't want to play the producers game of "Snarky or else". After all it's the criticism everyone wants to hear. Cheryl won a singing competition in 2002 which was the same as Xfactor or American Idol! She was the first person to get into Girls Aloud and she is the most successful! She has been in the music industry for 10 years!! She is not a 'fame whore' so back right off!! Ain't her fault you can't understand a Geordie accent!!!!!! Cheryl is the X Factor. As far as I'm concerned, she was selling herself cheap by asking for such a low amout. I think it would have been fair to pay Cheryl $10million per season.
