Reservoir Dogs' Michael Madsen Charged With A DUI!

Uh oh.

Michael Madsen is in trouble!

A short while ago he was arrested while driving recklessly in his Pontiac GTO.

The actor has been charged with 2 counts of DUI - one for driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, and one for blowing over the legal BAC 0.8 limit.

Sounds like trouble especially considering if Madsen is convicted on both charges, he could spend a little over two years in jail. Although… this is his FIRST offense, so we doubt he'll get such a harsh punishment.

Here's what Madsen's attorney said:

"We intend to vigorously defend the charges."

We hope you do! Otherwise Madsen may be singing the Jailhouse Rock - which is NOT what we want to happen!!!
