Well… they thought they would anyways.

Back in March, LiLo's camp was contacted by the company with the desire to plaster her freckly face on their brand.

But seeing as how things have gradually become worse for the actress' reputation, the deal isn't looking so great anymore!

A source close to the deal reveals:

"When Odaingerous first contacted Lindsay it seemed like a good fit because she was on the up-and-up. She had just signed to Liz & Dick and was supposed to have this great career comeback. But none of that happened, and now even her agents are hesitant that she won't get her act together. Not only was Lindsay going to bank on this deal…$500,000 just for the campaign, but her people were majorly negotiating extra for her to make any appearances."

But seems like all might be lost now!

In fact, the company was just about to announce the starlet as their spokesperson, but who wants a spokesperson in jail??

So they're definitely gonna hold off on that ’til Lindsay's legal fate is made — which looks worse than ever now! Womp.
