Sally Struthers Will Go To Trail For DUI Charge

Sally Struthers is innocent… according to Sally Struthers.

The actress has pled "Not Guilty" of to charges she drove drunk in Ogunquit, Maine.

If you keep up with Sally's antics, you may recall that was pulled over and taken into custody where she was charged with operating under the influence before being released on just $160 cash bail back in in September.

Now, Archie Bunker's daughter will have to defend her innocence in court, at a bench trail.

If the actress is found guilty she will face a $400 fine and a 90-day license suspension — which, if you ask us (or Lindsay Lohan) isn't horrible.

Fingers crossed the judge is an All In The Family fan!

To be honest, she needs to go to TRAIL. She's gained quite a bit of weight and perhaps walking a TRAIL would do her some good.

Sad that not only is TRIAL misspelled in title of this post, but it's misspelling is repeated again in the story.

Considering the amount of people unemployed in this country, this blog should hire a few of them to be proofreaders. The spelling here is horrible.
