Beloved singer Jenni Rivera, one of the 7 victims of a recent LearJet crash, will be publicly remembered Wednesday at the Gibson Amphitheater in Los Angeles from 10 a.m. to noon.
Jenni's grieving family is calling the public memorial ceremony a "Celestial Graduation," and they expressed in a statement:
"We will celebrate the graduation into heaven, with honors, of our beloved mother, daughter and sister Jenni Rivera. The Rivera family appreciates all the love given to our beloved Jenni Rivera, who graduated on December 9th and now rests in the arms of our Lord."
The Mexican-American icon will be laid to rest Tuesday during a private burial service.
You will be greatly missed Jenni!
We only pray that you — and those loved ones who now mourn your loss — find peace.
