Call it karma!
Well, coincidentally, the country's internet is down again!
Previously, when their web went down on Monday, they released a statement saying
Steve Jobs' super family have can no longer enjoy the $197 million super yacht he designed before his death — at least, not without coughing up some cash.
Dutch authorities have chained up the boat, Venus, cuz her builder claims the Apple family still owes him $4 million in unpaid wages.
Apparently Jobs agreed to pay him a fee that equaled 6% of the ship's building cost, but no formal contract was ever written up. The builder says claims the yacht cost about $197 million to make… so they owe him about $12 million bucks.
Steves' family insists the boat only cost $138 million so they're not giving him a penny over $8 million.
Why would the super rich family care make such a fuss about $4 mil? That's lunch money for them!
Well, it seems they are NOT very pleased that the Steve's super yacht took so long to make.
Steve commissioned the Dutch builder to make it back in 2009, and it wasn't done until a couple months ago — a year after Jobs passed away. So, he never got the chance to see it.
We wouldn't been very happy either!
