Taylor Swift Intruder Charges Dropped

Sounds like Taylor Swift's birthday intruder will be getting off easy!

We previously reported how 24-year-old Jacob Kulke hopped the fence of Swifty's Nashville property on December 14th, claiming he was her boyfriend and was there to celebrate her birthday!

While Taylor's security intercepted him and he was thrown in jail, the criminal trespassing charges against him have been DROPPED!

Reportedly, prosecutors decided against pursing the case, seeing as there were no "No Trespassing" signs on the property, making Jacob believe it was okay to intrude, according to his attorney.

… Seriously?! And the security guards were just standing there, hanging out, just because? LOLz!

Other reports say that the charges were dropped because Taylor's family just didn't feel like dealing with all of the mess!

Hmm… we're not sure how that'll prevent someone else from doing this in the future, but hopefully, Swifty's security will be on guard!

    Re: lacroix
I hope so. We need some talent like her in the mix among the talentless pop tarts.

She met the guy, and instead of pressing charges, she dated the guy, then broke up with him a week later.
