Bethenny Frankel’s Housewives Castmate On Divorce: Did She See It Coming??
We wouldn’t be surprised…
Well, considering how tense things were at times on Bethenny Frankel’s reality TV show with her hubby ex, Jason Hoppy, their separation wasn’t the BIGGEST shock of the year.
But her former Real Housewives of New York City castmate, Alex McCord, didn’t want to be so honest when she was asked about the split.
Did someone learned how to be a little more reserved?
Might be a Housewives first!
Alex did speak up about the split, but stayed neutral as she said:
“Someone actually called to tell me about the news. There’s nothing to say other than I’m sorry it didn’t work out. I hope they can take care of all the details as painlessly as possible.”
Hmmm, sounds like Bethenny forgot to include details about the split in her holiday newsletter to Alex.
And here we thought all those Housewives friendships were so genuine.
Next you'll tell us Brandi Glanville and Adrienne Maloof hate each other…oh wait…

Everyone saw this coming…just see the first season of RHONY.
Jason's a nice guy from a nice family, Bethenny is neurotic, high maintenance, money hungry and comes from a f***'d family
First of all, they were paid a substantial money to become engaged and then, later on , to become married on her show, b/c it was a lucrative deal she could pass up. Secondly, It was well known that Bethenny was "shooping for a husband", especially one that was allegedly gay or someone with a "past" to provide drama inorder to boost ratings. It was said that her "fake" husband was miserable b/c the of constant lies and divas attitude Bethenny had. It was also said that she told him "to pretend until she become more famous then we can sell our divorce story as an exclusive article". Lastly, I got to hand it to her she's an excellent business woman.
