Problem though.. Since she's still legally married to the Humphries guy, he HAS to be listed as the father. To quote the Oregon Voluntary Acknowledgment of Paternity’s Statement of Rights and Responsibilities:
"Do NOT sign this acknowledgement if:
The Child’s mother was married to another man at the time of the child’s conception, birth, or anytime in between, or 300 days prior to the child’s birth."

This is an absolute nightmare!!!! Don't get me wrong having a baby is one of the greatest blessings you can have on this planet. These two…. Nah!!! Their priorities are all messed up!!!! She is a 32 yr old woman, who jas allowed this man to refer to her as "Bitch" and "baby mama"!! he has his agenda, just as she does. I just pray that they do have sincere feelings towards one another to raise this child. I sometimes wish they would be put into a scenario of " normality" where they don't have all the money that can buy nannies when shit gets tough. to make them see that having a child is not a bed of roses. I wonder what people in your highschool would have thought when they heard the news you were expecting, they would think "oh gosh, that crazy party chick that did _____ when we were in highschool shes going to be a terrible mother! that baby needs to be in therpy ASAP!" wouldnt it hurt your feelings knowing that youre an amazing mother and you do anything for your kids?! having a baby changes EVERYTHING. and just because your life is one way before you have kids does not mean its going to remain that way after.
