Well said, Beibs???? That kid is not literate enough to write that statement - so please don't give him credit for it. And while I agree that this is not his fault, and that there needs to be some action taken in regards to paparazzi, Beiber should also take the necessary steps to prevent another incident by not driving such high profile cars. Grow up Beiber - take a little responsibility yourself.

Re: LaughingOutLoud1 – Yes, he can drive anything he wants, and girls can wear anything they want, and they shouldn't get hassled for it. But we don't live in an ideal world. Beiber doesn't like being followed by paparazzi, yet he drives a flashy car. If he was more discreet he wouldn't be hassled as much. Just like girls have to be aware of their surroundings in order to protect themselves. As a law abiding citizen, I should be able to leave a pile of cash in my unlocked car and not have it stolen - but, duh, I know that even though the law is on my side, I have to exercise some common sense.

I'm sorry but I'm not feeling ANY sympathy for this paparazzo. None. It is one thing to take pictures at red carpet events, but to literally stalk people in the most dangerous situations is actually kind of sick. But the reason I don't feel bad for this man is he obviously didn't care how many others he put in danger to get a shot of a young boy. The car that hit him might have swerved and hit the innocent officer, or could have contained a family of 5 and run off the road and killed them all, or started a pile up in the road! While I certainly wish he wouldn't have been injured, he purposefully put all those people in danger and unfortunately suffered the repercussions. This was 100% avoidable and completely this mans fault, although I'm sure another insane lawsuit will be launched that says Justin owes money to the family for being born, or perhaps against the department of highways for creating a road at all. Where's that Sandy Hook lawyer, I'm sure he can make a case out of this.
