Justin Bieber Smoking Pot Behind The Wheel!?! Photog Killed In Pursuit Of Scandalous Claim

Chris Guerra, the celebrity photographer who died Tuesday evening on the pursuit of Justin Bieber, had been working on what he believed to be a HUGE story all day long.
According to sources connected with one of the photo agencies he worked for, Chris made a call around 5:15pm alerting them that he believed Justin and Selena Gomez were staying at the Four Seasons Hotel in Beverly Hills — NOT Mexico.
Excited about such a big scoop, he said:
"Man, you won't believe my luck. It's pretty dead in L.A.. Everybody thinks Justin and Selena are in Mexico, but they're not."
Apparently he had seen both Justin and Selena's cars at the hotel, but he said he also saw something else…

He claimed he spotted this earlier in the day, so he staked the place out for the perfect shot when Bieber came out — perhaps he'd be smoking again? And about 20 minutes into the phone call, he hung up to follow the white Ferrari that just pulled out of the lot.
Having no idea that Justin wasn't in the car, he pursued the vehicle all the way to a traffic stop on Sepulveda Blvd. With the Ferrari stopped, he crossed Sepulveda to take the pics, but CHP urged him to move away. Trying to cross back, he was then hit by another car and killed.
Sources say he was just too overzealous for the scoop and lost his life over the excitement of delivering what he thought could be big news. Tragic…
Justin released a statement on the issue, but this is the first we're hearing about the marijuana claim. Interesting… but it's definitely not something to worth risking your life over!
Chris was a YOUNG paparazzo. We truly hope this inspires better care and precaution in the paparazzi community, but we're really sad for him and his loved ones too.

First of all, Justin was not even driving, it was Lil Twist in Justin's car. he has nothing to do with this, he wasn't even there and neither is Lil's fault, this just shows paparazzis, that its okay trying to get a pic but be respectful and back off a little.
