"Proof"? Not so much! I've seen other pics of him kidding around with friends like that before. This was at a New Years Eve party that he hosted with his production company that many attended. For all we know, it could be the hand of the other lady in the pic (Nana, his hair stylist and friend). In the past he has been private and respectful of his real girlfriends. If anything this shows they aren't a couple. It does show that Ashley is a self promoting skank. "accidental" posting my arse!!

1. This Ashley girl is extremely desperate for attention, and will take down her boyfriend to get there. She clearly knows how to play the game, and got the exact attention that she wanted by placing the pic up and deleting it, thus gaining more attention.
2. Where is her supposed boyfriend? It's ok, hanging around with a friend at his work event which was what Franco was hosting but Ashley seems determined to say to people that I might have something going on with Franco. If yes, then say it - stop with this silly games. I thought Franco had better taste though.
3. There is clearly another guy with his arm on Franco's shoulder, maybe it's that hand that appears to be groping Ashley.

Whatever, their relationship it's well played by Ashley by focuing the attention on her as Spring Breakers is all about the other ladies and James. Again, since nobody is interested in her unless is about Franco or her using this opportunity to promote PLL, I can see why she did it.

Importantly, she has zero respect for her boyfriend whether present or past.

As Kylie stated we don't usually get to know about Franco private relationships until he has split up with them generally but clearly this Ashley has an agenda and I hope he is wise to drop her even as a friend. Ashley sure cannot be trusted, and Nana should advice him better as a friend.
