The Jonas Brothers Have One Less Fan: Lawsuit Filed Over Concert Injury

Legal probz for the Jonas Brothers!
Those boys need to lawyer up because they are being sued by a woman who claims she was crushed by a crowd at one of their concerts.
Boy bands are getting dangerous!
Jonas Brothers Enterprises and Caruso Management Co. are being sued by Ashleigh Johnson over a free concert that took place at the Grove in El Lay three years ago.
She claims both parties knew a large amount of people would attend, but proper security measures were not taken to protect everyone.
For the future, better safe than sorry!
Ashleigh notes that she ended up pinned against a fence which caused “severe injury to her body and shock to her nervous system.”
Reps for both parties have not yet responded to the lawsuit.
Sounds like a legal battle is on the horizon, so the JoBros might want to get in touch with their fellow boy bands if they want to escape this lawsuit!
Not all cases can be won with a catchy song and choreographed dancing.

That's not a flattering picture of the boys.
This is just stupid. I hate when fans do this. Lets be realistic here it's not like they knew that a fan would get injured. It wasn't their intention to have a free show and hurt a fan!
it truly shows you how desperate people are and what they are willing to do for money and a little publicity.
Stupiest law sue ever. I hope the judge laughts at her face
more like a million less fans.
Re: realhoney – I agree with you they didn't know anyone was going to get hurt
