Kelly Clarkson Loves Being Called A Lesbian!

Many STILL claim Kelly Clarkson is a closet lesbian, but she doesn't mind at all!

The singer, who recently got engaged to Brandon Blackstock, is actually flattered by the rumors even though she will never fully understand why they have always been so rampant.

Kelly tells Cosmopolitan:

"People think, ‘Oh, she’s been single for too long.’ That’s kind of an insult to the gay community. Being single doesn’t mean you’re gay. But I’m never insulted by it, obviously. I mean, I get hit on by the hottest girls ever. Oh, my god, if I were a lesbian, I would be so in luck. But it’s not just my thing. I’ve always battled for the boys’ team.”

..And the battle for her forever man wasn't an easy one to win.

Kelly further explains:

“Usually the guys who hit on me are tools. It’s the ones that don’t hit on you that make you like ‘Why didn’t you ask me out?’ It’s like American Idol auditions: The guys who are the most confident are the horrible ones, and the ones who are good have no confidence at all.”

But all the heartbreak paid off in the end, right?! Brandon is too cute for words!!

It's too bad you're not batting for our team Kelly, but we VERY MUCH appreciate your tolerance..

Fellow American Idol alum, Fantasia Barrino, should take some notes.

Kelly can do anything she damn will wants behind her bedroom door. Gay, straight, bi, are just words to describe a private lifestyle which should be nobody's business. Not the government, not the church (where God loves all), or these ignorant jerks who picket places where gay groups congregate.

There is nothing flattering about being called a lesbian. She doesn't imply that she's flattered by it, either. She's TOLERANT of it, and doesn't get the rumors, but she doesn't say "Oh, wow … I love being thought of as some butch, deviant, carpet muncher. Please think of tuna breath when you think of me." You have to spin it that way because you're a disgusting, nasty homo. Get over your gay agenda, ape face; you never get any support, even on your own shitty site. Even a retard would know it's long past time to stop with your preaching, loser.

Re: Go Kelly – You're not god's spokesperson, and it's a sin of pride to presume to know what god is thinking or feeling. If you're religious, it's clear in the bible that god thinks homosexuality is an abomination. Jesus didn't contradict that at all. Just because it's currently trendy to accept homos doesn't mean god approves, and you're not in a position to make a statement on a deity's behalf. So STFU, you dumb shit.

It doesn't matter to me what her orientation is but she seems to spend an awful amount of time defending or talking about the lesbian rumors. If she is, so what, no one's bizness, but sometimes these rumors are based on fact. Either way, I'd stop talking about it and maybe it will die down. The focus should be on her music anyway.

Re: Chooch – She talks about because people keep on bringing it up. Cosmo was the one brought the subject.

Re: overthere – Well for starters a few years ago when I was out on the lake with my family a huge storm came from out of nowhere. We were super close to getting hit by lightning and as we were making our way to the nearest dock we went through rough waters, hail, etc. God is the only reason why we survived that day on the lake. Also years ago when my grandaddy was in the hospital, the doctors, everybody was expecting him not to make it so during church the whole congregation when up to the alter and prayed to God that he would make it. When my family went to go visit him after church preparing to say their final goodbyes, they were surprised to see him sitting up in his hospital bed, talking and off the ventilators. So those are just some if the reasons why God does exist. Maybe you need to read 'Heaven is For Real' which is a true story.

Re: swimmerRe: Pansy Hunter – Well I guess that means if something bad happens your god is 100% responsible for that too hey?

Re: swimmer – You really live in a fantasy world. So sad.
I want proof, physical proof, proof you can measure, that God exists.
Absence of evidence is evidence of asbsence.

Re: overthere – No, I don't live in a fantasy world because of what I believe in. And it's not sad that I believe in it. You don't only need physical proof to prove it.

Pansy Hunter… You're right! No woman that's straight likes being stereotype a lesbian. And yes there is a God I was in icu none of the meds was working, I was suppose to die. My husband cried and prayed, they gave me a sleeping pill while husband cried and prayed. To Jesus! Woke up an hour later everything was normal. Doctors said it was the fastest come back. And another time my child was doing something that was harmful &wrong, Jesus showed me in a dream. When I told my daughter what my dream was she cried and repented. I thought it was a weird dream….wasn't even going to bring it. I don't believe people when they make out like God is constantly doing visions or showing signs everyday. But I've had two things in my life nobody can explain and all focused around Jesus.

Re: edmonton – I get what you're saying. I also known that God does let our flesh die, we hurt, and I don't believe all " God said this" crap or " God saved me" but in revelations it talks about wormwood, a falling star that makes water bitter (nuclear warfare) my friend that's high ranked in the navy said there is a nuclear plant Pakistan named wormwood. Also it talks about the prophets killed in the street while everyone in the world will look on these 2 men. EVERYONE LOOKING AT THESE TWO MEN? How could that had been????? TV…. Internet???? They didn't have TV when Bible was written, but it's in revolution that all the people can look upon these 2 men at the same time. Not only that read how Jesus died, then look back at then Jewish prophesy how their savor will die.

Re: overthere – It is an act of faith. I did not used to believe in God, although I did believe there was something out there bigger than me, but I do now after losing my husband and my mother, and felt like my mother was speaking to me right before she passed away - she said "I am too tired".
No one can "prove" the existence of God.

Uh, isn't this whole engagement a PR stunt, because Kelly and on eof her back-up singers, Kate Rapier, were "close"?
