Victor Sneed — yes that IS his real name — wants Brand to pay damages for his injuries and compensate him for the lost income that was a result of Sneed having to miss work.
Well, Russell is claiming that IF Mr. Sneed suffered any type of injury from being hit, then it's his own fault!
"[If Victor Sneed was hurt, it was the] direct, proximate and sole result [of his own] physical bodily condition and constitutional composition."
He also states that Sneed did NOT take appropriate action at the time of the incident in regards to incurred costs, claiming:
"[Mr. Sneed] failed to take adequate measures to minimize…delays, damages, expenditures and extra costs, if any were incurred."
Brand's peeps ALSO maintain that Victor's job should have provided worker's compensation if he was as seriously injured as he claims to be.
SO we guess Russell is admitting he hit the man, but perhaps it was an accidental nudge rather than the big hit that Sneed seems to say it was?
Ugh what a messy situation! We just hope justice gets served where it's deserved!
