Jenni Rivera Plane Crash: Victim's Family Wants Revenge!

Jenni Rivera wasn't the only person to pass in last month's plane crash.
The Latino songstress' make-up artist and friend, Jacob Yebale, was among the seven people whose life was cut short by the tragic flight — and his family is NOT resting until the people responsible have been brought to justice.
The estate of Mr. Yebale has filed a lawsuit against company that owned, operated or maintained the Learjet.
A legal rep for the family says the suit seeks a "multi-million dollar damages award" in hopes to:
"bring to justice all responsible parties including the owner, the leasing company; the maintenance company, and Learjet, a division of Bombardier Aerospace, the company that designed and manufactures the aircraft."
A hearing for the suit has been scheduled for early February in Chicago.
As of now, Jenni's family has not filed suit, which is kind of a classy move if you ask us.

In it for the money only, not closure.
High life after that if they win.
(Proof ? They are going after the company that constructed the plane… years ago !)
That Learjet was beyond faulty, it was bound to go down. Too bad innocent people had to die to find out this was no accident. Now the Learjet company is claiming the pilot had a heart attack…yeah right! The awful history of the Learjet and its owners speaks volumes.
R.I.P
but that dress…
they need to seek revenge from whomever told her that her tits would look good in that dress.

I agree. Jenni was awesome & at 43 far too young to go, as were all these people.
I flew in smallplane in Costa Rica & the pilot & navigator seemed unconcerned with anyone's safety. Horrible.
I bet they will find that the pilot was drunk or the mechanics had not checked the plane thoroughly.
Regardless if the pilot had a heart attack, the company should not have had a 78 year old man flying a Learjet… He was restricted from flying at night, let alone with passengers… Rest in paradise mi Diva Preciosa 😥
