actually, this looks kind of amusing - I'd probably tune in once or twice to see if it lives up to its title.
I think this is awful. funerals don't always need to be a time of crying, but I think its said to make a "show" out of it. just my opinion
I live in Dallas and know this funeral home well. Our State Fair is the biggest in the country. Well it has a giant statue called Big Tex which is the mascot. Last year during there was a fire that destroyed Big Tex. Now I know why Golden Gate had a wake and funeral for the statue: they were filming a reality show. I'm happy for them but cringing at once again my state looking a mess.

Now when my Mom passed away very prematurely, the yacht club we belonged to at the time let us have the main area free of charge since we had been on a lot of committees there. My Mom was a teacher and had many friends so it turned into a really nice celebration of her life.
If this is what passes as the future of television count me out. I hate that more and more quality shows are taken off the air and are being replaced with this crap.
