That place gets very mixed reviews, I have not stayed in Tulum, but we picked up a friend at Cabanas Tulum (I had to use the the bathroom and they had not started cleaning yet) but it looked like a very nice place and the food next door at Ziggy Beach Club was great. Lots of options in Tulum if you do not like this place.
