    I think the dress is a little too much. The make-up isn't really that bad. But really? That short of a dress is not okay for a girl that age. She should at least be fifteen for that dress to be appropriate.

    This is why Miley is so screwed up now. She had parents who didn't act like parents, and wanted to be friends with their children. Any reasonable parent would tell a 13 year old dressed this way to take that outfit off, and dress more appropriate for her age. She doesn't realize it, because she's just a kid, but she looks like a little hooker.

    13 is such an awkward age, she is so lucky to be all gangly she will probably grow up to be lovely. At 13 my parents would have hit the roof if I wore that hemline….and they are southern. Poor girl

    First of all, people who are making ugly comments, you don't know what time she was at "the club". Secondly, how dare you criticize a 13 year old. She's not even developed yet so that's just cruel and unnecessary. Thirdly, go to hell all you ugly people.     I see people on here still are the same, oh joy. I love how these people here are commenting calling her these horrible names, how can you call somebody whose a 13 year old those names? Its quite obvious you guys are using those words without actually knowing what they mean, hence you're saying things like calling her a whore. They're rich enough to rent out a nightclub, obviously, since she was allowed to be inside the nightclub. They weren't giving her alcohol (since she was able to enter the nightclub, no alcohol was being served most likely), or anything else like that so why give her such heat? Its her damn birthday, look at the smile on her face! She seems to have enjoyed herself, and she got dressed up for the occasion. I love how oblivious everyone here posting is saying things like that are just vile, like no other girls out there dress like that (especially on their birthday).

    Okay first of all! before you all go and talk crap with all these rude comments about the cyrus family and their adorable sweetheart noah you should know the facts and the family first. Billy Ray is an awesome father to his little girl, saying things about his parenting is none of anyones business. Tish is also a great mother and a great person. Noah is not a whore, she is far from it. she is one of the sweetest little girls i know and it seriously hurts me to see people talk about her like this. i know the family personally and to see people talk about them like this just really shows how ignorant and disrespectful our society is. i was at noahs party and she was having a great time, they rented out the venue so she didnt 'go to a club' she basically had a birthday party in a building that had a stage and a great sound system so how is that a little girl going to a club. next, a little girl wearing a short dress shouldnt be considered whorish when many little girls wear shorts and skirts just as short on a daily basis. everyone is just jealous of the family and has nothing better to do with their lives than put people down. i am happy to know that noah is a very strong young lady and that the things you people say will mean nothing to her. so continue to post your rude comments but they will do nothing for you or anyone. have a swell day. i love you noah! <3 love d&t

    First off, a lot of you are slit shaming the Cyrus sisters. A woman isn't allowed to show off her sexuality without being condoned a "slut"? Sad. Second, when I was 13 (I'm 22 now) all of the girls would dress like this at bar/batmitzvas. No one really wore make-up that color but most girls wore dresses that short.     Noah is a normal 13 year old!! if she was even allowed in the club it was empty with no alcohol which means it was just like a normal birthday party that she got dressed up for. When I was 13 i wanted to be as "mature" as possible, which didn't work, but its normal to want to wear that stuff. The makeup is just a matter of taste, and im sure she is a perfectly normal, happy girl. 13 really inst a kid anymore either . she does have some responsibility! poor kid. alll she does is have a relatively normal party and she gets called things that should never be said to anyone let alone a 13 year old girl!
