Ever since Adele got that nameless bun in the oven we've been itching to hear those soulful melodies again.

We thought we were going to have to wait alllllll the way until the end of February to see the ballad queen perform live, but we get to hear her otherworldly vocals THIS WEEK.

The top selling artist of the 2012 will sing her assassin-worthy Bond theme Skyfall at the Golden Globes this Sunday!!!

Beyond what we already know will be a stellar performance, Adele is nominated for Best Original Song for her musical addition to the James Bond franchise.

The track is up against Taylor Swift's Safe and Sound, Jon Bon Jovi's Not Running Anymore, Keith Urban's For You, and Hugh Jackman's performance of Suddenly from Les Misérables.

That's some steep competition, but where would movies be without a great soundtrack!?

Either way Adele will come out a winner because we're sure she'll have the best of Hollywood giving her a standing ovation!

If Adele doesn't win, these awards are shite.

If boys can do it so can she! She's young and should have fun until its time to settle down.
