Calum McSwiggan is adamant that he's not faking his alleged attack.
"I went to the police and now apparently I'm a criminal."
However, the police have revealed that they have video

Are you stopped by the police a lot for speeding?
Are you TIRED of having to explain yourself every time you're caught urinating on the street?
Do you wish you could throw a major party in your apartment building in the early morning without it getting broken up by the cops?
Well, do we have the thing for you!
Actually we don't personally, but if you go on eBay there have been auctions taking place where the highest bidder can buy a Police union card for as little as $100 a pop.
We know it is a lot of dough, but when you're in a jam it may come in handy to flash a card that says "Hey I am a former police officer or am related to someone of the law."
One unknown man in Brooklyn was selling a 2013 Detectives’ Endowment Association card and a “2013 PBA/NYPD detective mini badge with numbers.”
City officials are furious over the fact that regular citizens may be able to receive benefits reserved for people associated with The Force - one councilman said:
“We need to do a full investigation. It’s an insult to the people who do work for the NYPD.”
However, another councilman thought this would be an appropriate time to get rid of the cards altogether, saying:
“Our traffic laws should not be enforced with winks and nods. I don’t know which is worse, the existence of a get-out-of-jail-free card or the fact that the cards are being hawked on the Internet.”
We don't know either!!!
Would you buy a card like that if you had the chance? Is it worth the risk?
